Our Story
At Impact Achievement Learning Center, we are dedicated to transforming how children learn by building strong foundations in reading, critical thinking, and academic confidence. We serve Pre-K through elementary students in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where every child is valued and encouraged to grow. Our specialized approach focuses on early literacy, math development, and closing learning gaps through targeted, data-driven instruction. Tamika Taylor
Tamika Taylor is a dedicated educator with seven years of experience as a certified ESE (Exceptional Student Education) teacher, specializing in supporting students with reading and math difficulties. She holds a Bachelor’s in Paralegal Studies and a Master’s in Education Leadership, combining a unique skill set with innovative teaching methods. Tamika develops personalized curricula tailored to each student’s needs and excels at problem-solving when conventional approaches fail. As Executive Director of Impact Achievement Learning Center, Inc. and owner of Unity Academy in Palm Beach County, she leads initiatives providing reading interventions to struggling learners. Her expertise spans literacy, comprehension, writing, and math challenges, and her leadership in education and nonprofit work underscores her commitment to empowering students and positively impacting her community.

Dr. Bianca Pucci
Dr. Bianca Pucci is a financial executive, educator, advisor, and community mentor passionate about empowering others through financial literacy. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from Wilmington University, focusing on adolescent financial literacy, as well as an MBA in Finance and a BSBA in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University, and is a licensed CPA in Florida. With experience as a CFO and board member for multiple organizations, she consults and educates entrepreneurs on financial decision-making, business valuation, and mergers and acquisitions. Dr. Pucci created the interactive curriculum “Fun Finance Facts” and teaches scenario-based courses like “Where Money Brings Math to Life,” making finance accessible to students and professionals alike. Her programs in Palm Beach County non-profits demonstrate measurable impact and foster long-term mentorship.

Marla Acosta
Marla Acosta is a distinguished educator with over forty years of experience teaching in diverse settings, including regular, gifted, and alternative education. A National Board–certified teacher, she exemplifies a commitment to professional excellence and high teaching standards. Beyond the classroom, Marla has served in mentoring and leadership roles, guiding aspiring educators and shaping educational policies that promote student-centered, inclusive learning. Known for her innovative teaching methods, compassionate mentorship, and dedication to student success, she has inspired countless teachers and learners alike. Marla’s influence extends throughout the educational community, leaving a lasting legacy as a transformative educator whose work continues to empower students and inspire the next generation of educators.

Jessica Estel
Jessica Estel is an experienced educator, curriculum designer, and passionate advocate for financial literacy and real-world learning. With over a decade in elementary education, she has dedicated her career to developing student-centered instruction that prepares young learners for meaningful, real-world success. Jessica’s commitment extends beyond the classroom. She works to empower underserved communities and ensure equitable access to high-quality learning experiences that link to students’ futures.

Shelbia Carter-Wiley
She is married to Shelley R. Wiley and the proud mother of two children and five grandchildren. She has an associate’s degree in Business Administration, B.A..-Psychology and B.A. -Christian Counseling; Advanced Degree-Theology and M.S.-Education, concentration Educational Leadership. She is the executive director of Engaging Minds Services, Inc., a nonprofit that provides services for victims of human trafficking, sexual assault. She serves as chair of Interfaith committee on the Coastal Region Human Trafficking Taskforce. She is a retired educator (special education teacher, principal and district employee) and adjunct professor at Coastal Carolina University. She is an ordained minister since 1982 and continues her ministry through working with victims of trauma. She authored two books, Mental Exoneration and Don’t Touch My Golden Parts.

Darius Murray, M.Ed, Ed.S, CRC
Darius Murray, founder of ReAble-U Therapy in Florida, is a licensed Mental Health and Nationally Certified Vocational Counselor with over a decade of experience helping individuals achieve fulfilling lives and careers. A Miami native, he earned his graduate degree in Vocational and Mental Health Counseling from Florida Atlantic University and specializes in supporting neurodiverse youth and young adults in gaining employment, independence, and social skills. Known for his empathetic approach, active listening, and commitment to creating a supportive environment, Darius helps clients explore career paths that align with their strengths and bring purpose. He is actively involved in professional organizations, contributes to research, and balances his professional life with outdoor activities, travel, and community volunteering.

Jarrid Frye
Jarrid Frye, originally from Queens, New York, played collegiate basketball at Sacred Heart University before building an 8-year professional career competing across Europe, China, Australia, and Africa. With a passion for mentoring young athletes, Jarrid focuses on helping players discover their unique strengths both on and off the court while teaching the discipline, dedication, and mindset needed to succeed in basketball and in life. His international experience and player-first approach make him committed to helping the next generation grow in confidence, skill, and character every day.
